For some of 2015 and all of 2016 I was working on a book of cross-section illustrations of the frigates from EVE Online. This was designed to be the EVE version of the Star Wars cross-section books that many of us loved as kids.

EVE has been one of the most successful MMO's of all time and is still going strong after 10 years, but except for the captain's quarters and one cutaway illustration of an Algos destroyer by the excellent Kári Gunnarsson no one had ever seen inside EVE's iconic ships. For someone who spent a lot of time working on and playing Dust 514 and loves the EVE universe, being the first person to show the guts of a whole class of the ships was a dream job for me.

The Frigates of EVE Online book is coming out next month so I got the okay to post some favorites from the 28 book illustrations. These are the art poster versions of the ships. The ones in the book will have a lot more in-depth text and technical info.
